Carol was raised in Seaford, Delaware. She has a business degree from Goldy Beacom College here in Delaware. In 1985, Carol earned her Real Estate license. In 1987, her hard work and dedication earned her Sussex County Realtor of the year. Since then Carol has held many positions with the Delaware and Sussex County Association of Realtors.

New construction and multifamily real estate are two of Carol’s many specialties. She spent five years at The Plantations as sales manager.
