Hi, I am Carol Carey and I would like to welcome you to my personal page on Lewes Delaware Real Estate - CareyRealtyGroup.com. I have been in the real estate business since 1985. As a native Sussex Countian, I have a lot of local knowledge. In the early stages of my real estate career, I worked in the western Sussex area and for the last 10 years have served the coastal region.

I was raised in Seaford, Delaware and have a business degree from Goldey Beacom Jr. College and in 1985 earned my Real Estate license. In 1987, due to hard work and dedication, I earned the Sussex County Realtor of the Year Award. Since then I have held many positions with the Delaware and Sussex County Association of Realtors from being on the Board of Directors to serving on the Education, Ethics and Professional Standards committees.

New construction and multi-family Delaware beach real estate are two of my many specialties and spent five years at The Plantations as Sales Manager and I have a niche in finding out whether a condo/townhome will suite the customer better than a single family and I understand construction and can help customers achieve that Dream House they always wanted.

I also have earned my SRES Designation which with the designation and my experience in working with retirees and seniors who are looking for a low maintenance home or a home in a 55+ community or maybe just wants to settle and relax in a nice community, I have the knowledge and experience to help the senior buyer find the perfect retirement home.

Then in 2001, my son, Graves came back to Delaware from being in the Coast Guard and my husband, Paul, who has been a real estate broker since 1984 and myself, established ourselves as a real estate team, known as the Carey Realty Group. We combined together all of our experience, talents, attributes and knowledge to become a very successful real estate team of Realtors.
